Affiliate Specialist – Hybrid – Malta

A certified technology provider to the international iGaming industry is looking for an Affiliate Specialist, you are responsible for their partner network of affiliates and influencers and focus your work on one of their brands.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively build new and existing relationships with affiliates and influencers (both online and offline.)
• Monitoring and documentation of affiliate traffic to optimize ROI.
• Proactive evaluation and review of new affiliate and publisher networks.
• Management and optimization of the affiliate marketing campaigns and the affiliate platform and coordinate and implement marketing measures.
• Observe and participate in affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen relationships with affiliates.
• Building and improving processes and systems to support business growth in relation to affiliates.
• Work with product management and marketing data analyst to develop specific affiliate management technology and functionality.
• Responsible for the account management (contracts, payment data, reports, tools, etc.)
• Weekly reporting on KPIs and campaign performance to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Completed business education or a related subject such as marketing and minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing in a comparable industry
• A strong background in sales, acquisition, and commercial negotiations – with experience of consistently achieve sales and new business targets
• Experience with online marketing models and in creating and executing online marketing campaigns
• Good knowledge and experience with tracking models
• Fluency in English
